@rodcatz@trevorlong@Uber_Australia A driver at Gold Coast airport accepted my ride and then stop at Rydges hotel and not move. I called but eventually cancelled the trip and told the story to the next Uber driver who said they did not know the destination but did know the price so could see it was a short trip.
It would appear @Telstra has not learnt from prior experiences as 5 years ago had a similar bad experience with NBN install. I am now working from home without internet with others in the house.
So much for supporting customers through COVID.
@Telstra trying to move NBN services and your support is woeful. 5 requests for a person to pick up the phone and call me have not been actioned - despite 3 confirmations this would happen. You are a telecommunications company arent you?!
@Telstra no phone number in any of the emails from staff. I called the number on the order and followed the prompts and received a text message to complete an online form. Did not speak to a person.
I was supposed to get an email to advise when I will hear back - nothing.
@Qantas is it possible to get a message to cleaning crew for QF414 (VH-XZN) which has just landed in Sydney? I was on QF635 last night and have lost a Mercedes-Benz car key and separate house keys which may have fallen out of my bag.
@adambspencer@BrunoMars I would suggest as @BrunoMars is from the US, the date format is MM-DD-YY which makes it just over 12 mths ago (supported by an Instagram post in Tokyo about that time).
