@FLRetailPro Did one where the Landlord made a deal with a convenience store and was allowed to come in anytime and get chips, snacks, and soda for free. He did this for a while then just stopped after gaining weight from it!

@cre_cole In my market, they can be a big selling point for storage and easier to run water/plumbing as opposed to trenching.
