@Thermador how do you get the ice drawer out of a freezer -t18if900sp?? The instructions say “lift”. It ain’t that easy!! You have any videos. And this is for the ice drawer specifically. I can get the rwfridge drawers just fine (which is all you can find videos for). TIA
