@JoeblottJoe A slim profit after posting cumulative losses of £55m in three of the previous five years.
Everything is getting more expensive. Why should the price of football tickets be frozen forever?
I’m sure they’d love to reduce fees paid to agents - any suggestions on how?
@ArlenLfc@TrophySelfies@Kevmcguinness1@JayMcKenna87 And even with those record revenues the club recorded a tiny (in business terms) profit. Again - costs are very high and margins are razor thin. I just don’t think it’s very realistic to expect that football ticket prices should never increase when the cost of everything else is
@Beth92_lfc@kayak_man1@robbohuyton The “future ones” aren’t locked out because of the cost of a ticket. They can’t get in because access to tickets in the first place is a closed shop.
@JayMcKenna87@Knox_Harrington Yes, in the most recent financial statements, published before a war began that has massively increased the cost of energy
@spiritofshankly@st_h_88 So is your position an absolutist one that prices should never increase regardless of circumstances? I understand it’s getting to a tipping point for a lot of people but there doesn’t seem to be much acknowledgment of the reality that costs are increasing across the economy
@AskTarget I am beyond disappointed with the customer service I received from you regarding an item I ordered but never received. The response from the customer service rep was most dissatisfactory. How do I take this further?
