I received my new @CORSAIR T2 chair ordered directly from @CORSAIR on Monday. I was super excited until I sat down an immediately was greeting with loud speaks and a grinding plastic. Now I noticed that the arms are different heights. I checked with a level and they are off!

@Heritage_Mill my floors look like this after only 7 years! Samples were sent in for testing by Home Depot. It was supposed to take 2 weeks, 2 months later and there is still no warranty replacement provided. What is going on? Floors should last longer than 7 years.
