@alextechnically @YouTubeLiaison Identical thing happened to our channel in May and again with similar behavior starting around 8/9pm PDT this past Monday, Oct 9. All traffic killed off with no reason-shorts and longs. Big creator friends have the same drop at the same time @TeamYouTube @YouTubeLiaison thoughts?

@TeamYouTube When I upload a LONG-FORM vertical video (not a Short), the custom thumb WILL NOT show on MOBILE anywhere besides our page. Instead, it's a random screen grab or grey box that I have no control over, DESTROYING CTR! Desktop is normal. Plz help.

@TeamYouTube Did all of this on multiple devices, same problem. Attached are screenshots of what is seen, and what SHOULD be seen. You can replicate the problem by simply going to https://t.co/7KVvGLn6ij while signed out on a MOBILE DEVICE and see our upcoming premiere with a grey box.

This is not just affecting my channel. I've noticed this across all channels that are posting LONG-FORM VERTICAL video (not Shorts) when viewed on MOBILE.

@TeamYouTube I submitted appeals two weeks ago for these 3 vids + 1 other. Only 1 has been resolved. All of the vids are clean and should NOT be filtered through Restricted Mode. The 3 vids that I began this thread with still need your intervention. Plz help.

@TeamYouTube To further clarify, with Restricted Mode enabled, these 3 vids cannot be seen. That is an error. So, I'm asking you to have these 3 vids removed from any "restricted" status so that the vids can be seen even with Restricted Mode enabled

@TeamYouTube I'm aware of what Restricted Mode is. The system has INCORRECTLY placed the 3 above-mentioned vids in Restricted Mode when they should not be. Can you please aid me in getting the 100% safe and clean family-friendly vids out of Restricted mode?
