@SouthwestAir This wasn’t a case of it going fast. The second rep said it hasn’t been available which is why it wasn’t coming up at checkin. So either your system was giving the first rep wrong information or the rep lied to me. That’s extremely poor customer service.

@united I spent $79 on upgrading my seat to be close to the front of the plane after your schedule change gave me only 40 minutes to change terminals in O’Hare. My connection has now been delayed twice making the upgrade pointless. Any chance I could get a refund?
