@HalifaxBank I was interested in your regular saver at 5.5% for 12 months. It states has to be paid by 25th of each month but I get paid on 26th. How would that work and what would be the best date to open it? 25th seems a silly date when people get paid at end of the month.

@NewcastleBSoc Also why is every other bank and building society app working on my phone but your call centre agent saying the problem is with my device and not your app which I reinstalled twice

@NewcastleBSoc My app is not working today. Saying my device is jail broken or rooted. It is neither. I called customer support and they advised that as I could use different network SIMs this was the reason. This is wrong. Was told on the phone there was no technical support?

@FollowRevo I have a Axis X3. Is there anyway to have the screen turn off whilst playing radio or Bluetooth audio. I like to fall asleep to music and the screen is bright even on low. Can you tweak the firmware perhaps? Like when u did on standby. So goes off after few minutes?

As you can see this on on 24/7 the screen can't last forever and this minor software change would be trivial to implement probably just a few lines of code to have the option to have the screen turn off after five minutes until you interact with it again.
