They call it Milk, we call it Liquid Gold.

Actually, down here In the North west, an average farmer, with 10 milking cows at the rate of 5 liters of milk daily per cow, earns 1.2 million naira gross income a month. We buy each liter at 700 naira here. And 10 cows would give;
50 liters of Milk a day,
And about 1,500 liters a month.
These are Nigerian cows.

There are exotic breeds out there that just one cow can give more than the yield of 10 Nigerian cows. There's a cow out there that can give 45-55 liters of milk daily for 305 days in a year.
That's about 945,000 Naira gross earning from just 1 exotic cow. Imagine having 10 of these, this means one earns an average gross income of about 9.5 million naira monthly. This is at just 45 Liters per cow, per day, and these breeds can give up to 55 liters a day.
