After nearly 2 years of working with thousands of couples in our beta, today we’re officially launching OURS - a modern take on couples counseling.
We’ve raised ~$5M from incredible funds and angels to help our mission to empower 1 billion hours of OURS.

Hardest part of being a founder isn’t doing the things (though a lot of that is hard).
It’s withstanding constant 2nd guessing by everyone on all the things - product, pricing, hiring, fundraising.
This, I think,is true advantage of repeat founders. Trusting gut above all else.
@StaceScarter I assume you found someone for this, but if you need commentary or expertise on relationships, marriage, counseling, etc. in the future I'd be happy to chat or connect you with our experts @ourswellness
Happy to DM or email if you'd like!
I don't think we did this intentionally, but in hindsight it sure seems that way.
OURS is now the largest secular premarital counseling provider in the country.
We focused exclusively on couples and as-such were able to build an amazing team and differentiated brand.
The playbook:
1. Pick niche that you understand really well
2. Build website that speaks to them
3. Find A+ therapists
4. Create ad campaigns that
5. Help thousands of people

Excited about @ourswellness - a big step in making couples counseling much more accessible, affordable, efficient and effective. That’s a lot!
A great piece below from @nytimes. And love the continued investment in mental health by @dunn and @trailmixvc, among others.
At OURS we are always working to innovate & make the experience of connecting with your partner feel more tailored and unique to you. This week, we added the option to pick your own music as you go through sessions with your partner. Check it out as Tyler, our engineer, tests it
@ourswellness is in the @nytimes!
"These four weeks helped us cultivate more empathy, a kind of relationship super-glue that breaks down resentment and antipathy."
