I’m hoping seats went to a lot of Canadians and Las Vegians who had important family/work gatherings to attend - funerals (may their loved ones rest in peace), weddings (mazel tov!), hospital visits (heal soon)

My wife was booked on your 9am flight from YVR to LAS yesterday- she was through security and US Border easily by 6:45 and was waiting in the terminal when she noticed on the walk board her flight was canceled - westjet agent told her to go thru door & exit. 1/

Really powerful story by @cbcnewsbc about the heartbreaking stories of travellers stranded at @yvrairport in the past few days… wow. A great reminder that so many are going through real anguish missing family connections occasions commemorations…
