This would not be considered a "departure" and would essentially be under the same rules as domestic flights that overfly Canada. They would land as domestic arrivals as usual

@pleia2 There's a lot of tips if you want to re-do your kitchen. Assuming you don't add pull out drawers to all lower level cabinets (rev a shelf) use large containers for bulk staples, use a freestanding spice rack (allspice are great), tiered cabinet organizers for upper shelves
