Here is a short timelapse of my grandpa's homemade seismograph, a bit less than 24 hours. The needle is drifting all over the place, which it's not supposed to do. I think I traced the issue to the power supply. I've got a fresh piece of sooted paper loaded and am giving it another run.
@_Testflight_ I don't understand why people watch the third party streamers. All they are doing is re-streaming the official SpaceX stream. Sure they have some of their own camera angles but noting astoundingly better than what's shown in the official stream. π€·ββοΈ
@ForrestSmiles@jackdaniel2025@raspishake Use an oil lamp with kerosene. Uncle said to add some mothballs to it to make it soot more and to use semi-gloss paper, soot sticks better to it.
@lezus62alt@ThatCatJet@GamersNexus@BambulabGlobal You entered into a conversation you weren't mentioned in and your excuse for a lack of substantive rebuttal is that you don't think it's worth your time...
I submit you don't have one.
@lezus62alt@ThatCatJet@GamersNexus@BambulabGlobal No. I have a Bambu printer but I bought it with my own money and have no relationship with Bambu other than that of a normal customer. I have a pretty strong stance on this sort of thing even stronger @GamersNexus (see: https://t.co/ZGpbIxU4Wi).
Yes, I've read a lot on this. Everyone's up in arms for no reason. It's performative. They aren't getting rid of the printer, they aren't stoping using it, they spent $5k on Prusa (that's one printer π). So brave, so noble. For what? Because Bambu is rightfully asking people not to impersonate their software π€·ββοΈ
