@teej_dv Distributions have local accounts and groups. An implementation can have an "adult" or "child" group which is set up by whoever installs the system. These groups could also be used by software for parental controls.

@hihaar1 @Pirat_Nation They could force corporate controlled distros like Fedora and OpenSUSE to add it. The solution would be to use a community based distro that's not headquartered in ex the United States. Just because something is open source doesn't mean it's legal.
