In Oct 2025, the UNC published the Review of the Economy 2025. On page 190 of that document, it confirmed that after positive growth of +2.5% in 2024, the economy declined by -0.8% in 2025. Yet, 7 months later, that minus sign for 2025 has somehow turned into a plus sign. How?
