Hey @MakeMyTrip @makemytripcare, how long is "soon"? I’ve been chasing a refund for a booking made on March 14, 2025. It’s been nearly ONE YEAR of broken promises and endless delays.
This isn't just a delay; it's a total failure in service. When can I expect my money back?
