@Sabunnirma@Wintermonth98@jellyx20 Guilt tripping is not coercion for your information. That's not how constitution sees it or how courts see it.
It's immoral and not healthy for any relationship but certainly doesn't fit the definition of being a rapist.
If it was a case girls will be prosecuted more often.
@beingsumit01 BKL ye sab official platform hai unpe sirf kaam ki baat hoti hai.
Police army sabki Whatsapp group hote hain personal circle mein, official notice discourage krte hain aise groups phir bhi logo ka hota hai aur vahan jitni bhi bitching ya goodmorning wali post sab vahin hoti hain.
@Sabunnirma@Wintermonth98@jellyx20 Sadly, none of his female colleagues every had any problem related to SA from him and his conduct was totally professional in company. He only brought that ₹370 jibe into a totally consensual story just to make it funny. In the entire story he never really forced the girl.
Kaviraj Singh nailed it.
These days, every controversy becomes a chance for clout. The same pattern we saw with Samay Raina, we're seeing again.
"Every mistake is a content opportunity" What a line 🔥

@Hood_Gangsta@ConsciousnEnrag@ChURchVanDrawls@PoliceThePolic1 I understand your pain and most of the time people don't go after these jerks is because of the time-consuming judicial process. You should've hired a good lawyer to represent you. Vague charges don't last in court if you've evidence.
It took this man 4 years to get justice.
@ConsciousnEnrag@ChURchVanDrawls@PoliceThePolic1 ...it won't be any good if you die before that. These pigs often try to break your arms or shoot you in the name of resisting arrest. You don't fight an unfair fight you wait till it's your time to hit 'em hard. Court house and litigations are better place and option to do that.
@ConsciousnEnrag@ChURchVanDrawls@PoliceThePolic1 Since I've said that they were trying to falsely implicate him, they would have said he didn't follow a lawful order, and I've seen judges buying it many times. People should comply even when they're being falsely detained because you can sue later but ......
@chad_lanyon@PoliceThePolic1 It goes away when you deliberately violate fundamental rights of anyone.
If cops mistakenly hit someone's car during a criminal pursuit, the city pays for the damages. When they do it to satisfy their ego and it is deliberate and clearly visible, it comes out of their pocket.
@ConsciousnEnrag@ChURchVanDrawls@PoliceThePolic1 They couldn't have issued a ticket which says he looks suspicious. So, they asked for his info so that they could pin it on something. He dug his own grave, when he handed over that ID in good faith. The max he'd have done was wait for supervisor by stepping outside if asked to.
@JustlyJokin@Clip_Station_ But you can stand greedy bitches who earns hundreds of thousands $ every month/year but don't pay standard pay to their employees like construction, utility, retail industry pay to their employees.
How many electricians/plumbers/mechanics have you tipped.
@BrwllcBilly@Clip_Station_ Bella shouldn't earn more than Billy when both of them are serving in the same restaurant with same enthusiasm and same no. of tables just because Bella has a cleavage to display while Billy has none.
Tipping is not a fair pay if it is based on prejudice and preference.
@BrwllcBilly@Clip_Station_ Do you tip electricians, plumbers, mall workers, construction workers, Roofers etc.?
You know why? Unlike you they set standard wage for them while you sort to harassing your customer.
An employer should pay equal salary for people doing the same amount of work in same workplace
@VABC1960@Clip_Station_ ...in a tightly competitive market, where restaurants mostly thieve on footfall. That's why cunning business owners pay less wage to waiters/waitresses because they are replaceable and in case of a dispute regarding tip, they can pin it on waiters and have a safe escape.
@VABC1960@Clip_Station_ Your biggest assumption is that a person would immediately halt their outings just because a restaurant increased its price up by 25%.
In that case people generally look for other restaurants that fall within their budget range.
Such price change often results in loss of business
As a medical student, mocking a cadaver is one of the worst things you can do. I still remember the poem written on the first page of Anatomy Book, by B.D. Chaurasia, where a cadaver pours his heart out and asks to be handled with love and care.
On the very first day of MBBS, we take the Cadaveric Oath, where we pledge to respect the cadaver and honor the gift of body donation. Mocking a cadaver in a live comedy show is not just disrespectful to the cadaver, also to the person who donated their body and to the family they belonged to.
It is deeply disheartening to witness such behavior.
@KindXeeker@skh27@dtptraffic@bibhav_raj@CMODelhi@TIMayurVihar@DCPTrafficER I don't think so.
OP should verify if the issuing personnel on that challan was named Khema Ram or not.
Most of the time these pos handle challan machines issue to their SI/ASI which is illegal and can be challenged in the court. People usually avoid court but its more economical
@matt24706573@Breaking57 You should have seen the sheriff that gets called in the video and smirk-faced junior. BTW it was such a turn off to finally see where it ended after all.

@SolidBigBoss24@Breaking57 Nothing much to say, it was a cat fight which got settled in way less and without admission of guilt or liability.
