Cant any staff help the lady out as she is alone in the queue, with a baby and a stroller.. she has the worst time of her life in the airport and was about the break down . Horrible horrible experience to say the least..3/3

@DelhiAirport We had a horrible time at the security check on 27th of nov.. my friend took the queue for disabled as she had a stroller for her baby. At the security gate, there was no one to help her out with the folding of stroller.. 1/3

apart from being very rude they asked her to place the baby anywhere and proceed for the checks.. she had to place the sleeping baby on the airport floor and proceed with the folding of stroller and then to security check . How heartless is this ? 2/3
