@onepeloton love my bike+ and absolutely distraught it’s stopped working. However, even more distraught at your customer service. I’ve moved out of the jurisdiction I purchased the bike and not only will you not repair the bike, you will also not supply the parts to fix myself.

@AmazonHelp I have, yes. Basically they or the carriers have a clue where the parcel is and I’m being told I’ll have to wait up to 14 days. It’s not a small amount of money and I would like a refund. The carrier concerned has a poor reputation in my area. Really poor service all round.
