Let me explain The Principle of Loud and Quiet Cultures.
If one very loud person walks into a quiet library, they destroy the atmosphere.
However, if a quiet person walks into a loud party, they are simply ignored.
Some cultures are visually loud, audibly loud, and they produce pungent smells.
But loudness is not the worst problem.
There are Polite cultures & rude cultures.

Tolerant cultures & intolerant ones.
The good & quiet cultures will always be vulnerable to just a few people from the bad or loud cultures.
