Hope we know that TWO teachers were killed at the Oriire school terrorist attack.
We seem to only remember the beheaded teacher. Another teacher was shot point black and they blasted all his inside out!
@FOBroadband I genuinely cannot understand how a company can operate like this and expect customers to keep quiet.
In the last 2 weeks, I have only had internet access from FiberOne for a total of 48 hours.
Let that sink in.
I was without internet for an entire week. After countless calls, complaints, follow-ups, and being told repeatedly that the issue was being worked on, my connection was finally restored. But guess what? It lasted for only 48 hours before it went down again.
Now, here I am, another week later, still without internet.
So in 14 days, FiberOne has provided me with just 48 hours of service despite the fact that I paid for internet access. How is this acceptable?
What makes the situation even more frustrating is the customer service experience. Every time you call, you hear the same rehearsed responses:
“We are aware of the issue.”
“Our technical team is working on it.”
“We apologize for the inconvenience.”
“Please bear with us.”
The problem is that nothing ever changes. No concrete updates. No timelines. No accountability. No resolution.
How many times should a paying customer have to call before a company takes their concerns seriously? How many days should customers be expected to stay offline while still being charged for a service they are not receiving?
The reality is that internet service is no longer a luxury. People work remotely. Businesses depend on it. Students depend on it. Families depend on it. Yet FiberOne seems completely comfortable leaving customers disconnected for days and weeks at a time while offering little more than generic apologies.
At this point, I am beyond disappointed. I am angry.
No customer should have to beg for a service they have already paid for. No customer should have to spend hours chasing customer support only to receive the exact same scripted response over and over again.
If you are considering subscribing to FiberOne, please do your due diligence before handing over your money. My experience over the last two weeks has been nothing short of terrible, and I would not wish this level of frustration on anyone.
FiberOne, customers are not asking for favors. We are asking for the service we paid for.
Two weeks.
Only 48 hours of internet.
Countless calls.
Zero meaningful resolution.
Absolutely unacceptable.
@NgComCommission@fccpcnigeria should look into this. They have been doing this for long

Guys, things are so bad. Tinubu and his people have to be voted out. People are getting kidnapped and killed every single day. Nigerians are not even asking for too much. Why can’t this useless government just keep us safe AT LEAST?? There’s no help coming from this useless government. Families are selling properties to raise ransoms. This government is so wicked. Like nobody is even helping. The law enforcement agencies are not helping.
These terrorists are confident enough to kill army generals too. Is it the government intentionally looking away from all of that you still want to vote for? Women getting kidnapped are being raped by these dirty stinking evil monsters with God knows how many STIs every day. Nothing can heal any of these women. It’s so bad. When it’s not like we are living in a zombie apocalypse!
Vote out Tinubu and APC, please! We cannot continue like this. These people don’t care if we all die. They are even rehabilitating these terrorists OMG.
