When people refuse to be accountable or justify their behaviour as rational but everyone else’s is incompetent. Give everybody the same grace you extend to yourself or raise the bar on your behaviour beloveds.
I often hear people talk about toxicity in the workplace, but I don't see many people describing toxic behavior. I feel this would be a useful list.
