Alternatively, if they have phones, create them a Villa digital account each and link their fan IDs to them.
They can then log into the app on their own phones.

If they have their own compatible phones the thing to do would be send the ticket link to it before trying to add to your own wallet.

The biggest issue is people ignoring instructions and screenshotting a dynamic QR code.

At Villa, I’ve loved the ride and will do a for a bit longer, but I’m under no illusion that the owners are there to make money. Ticket prices through the roof and hospitality in our home end. It’s the price we pay.
