You might remember Project Vend: an experiment where we (and our partners at @andonlabs) had Claude run a shop in our San Francisco office.
After a rough start, the business is doing better.
Mostly.

DON’T WORRY….BE HAPPY. I was talking to a family member about the national debt, the war, printing fake money, inflation, and possible crash of the stock market.
She got angry and said to not talk about money, the world economy, and possible global depression.
She was not worried at all. She simply said “Don’t worry….be happy.”
She did not see this crisis as a crisis, although she has nothing saved for retirement, or long-term medical problems, although she is approaching 80- years old and still needs to work.
I have been homeless and broke. The good news is I was only 28-years old and I had time to prepare for the financial crisis today.
Respect your age and time you have to live. Time, youth and your health are your greatest assets.
Please don’t waste them. Spend them wisely.
Take care.
Mark Zuckerberg on the best advice Peter Thiel ever gave him
“Peter was the person who told me this really pithy quote that, ‘In a world that’s changing so quickly, the biggest risk you can take is not taking any risk.’ And I really think that that is true.”
Mark continues:
“Whenever you get yourself into a position where you have to make some big shift in direction or do something, there are always people who are going to point to the downside risks of that decision — and locally they may be right. For any given decision you make, there’s upside and downside. But in aggregate, if you are stagnant and you don’t make those changes, then I think you’re guaranteed to fail and not catch up. So to some degree, I think it’s really right that, over time, the biggest risk you can take is to not take any risks.”

Don't just react to pain — reflect on it. To overcome any obstacle, you must think deeply about how reality works and develop principles to guide your actions. That's the only way to learn from your mistakes so you don’t repeat them. The pain is the signal! @StevenBartlett
