@mrjamesob I think this is fine as long 'bait' doesnt not message the potential criminal first.

[Adem Lacin @Adem_Lacin]

@EE ok i will speak to them. Im due for renewal next month and if i dont get a refund i will sign with a competitor.

[Adem Lacin @Adem_Lacin]

@EE can i get a refund for this seeing as i wasn't told to turn off my voice mail (or that i even could) when i went in store?

[Adem Lacin @Adem_Lacin]

@EE i wasnt told that instore when i checked. each voicemail cost 1.50 x 2 and one cost £13 x 2 why is this? This is a misleading charge

[Adem Lacin @Adem_Lacin]

@EE morocco

[Adem Lacin @Adem_Lacin]

@EE if i keep flight mode on i will get no charges when im abroad.

[Adem Lacin @Adem_Lacin]

@EE yes i am. For almost 2 years.

[Adem Lacin @Adem_Lacin]

@EE yes and lodged a complaint but was told that he cant do anything about it. I feel mislead that i was not told of these charges.

[Adem Lacin @Adem_Lacin]

@EE @CPWTweets How am i charged for people calling me when my phone is off and im abroad? not only that, ive been charged twice for each!

[Adem Lacin @Adem_Lacin]

@EE @CPWTweets It just doesnt make sense. this wasnt explained to me at point of sale or when i went in to check. How can I get a refund?

[Adem Lacin @Adem_Lacin]

@ee @CPWTweets I go instore to make sure flight mode is ok when taking phone abroad. I get 40 pound charge for people leaving me voicemail!

[Adem Lacin @Adem_Lacin]
