It is more than 2weeks since I made a POS payment using my ATM card on Monday 13th June, 2022. The transaction failed but I was debited. I am yet to receive the reversal up till now.@cenbank

Beware of @UBAGroup POS machines, your bank account will be debited and the POS will say declined yet the money will never be reversed.@cenbank

@UBAGroup @UBACares I made a payment using my ATM card on a UBA POS machine on Monday 13th Jun, 2022. The transaction failed but I was debited. Today, I got an email that my request is declined & the merchant was credited. I even provided the POS declined receipt.
