After four years full of challenges and hard work, it's time to move on.
I leave with the feeling that the mission is complete. 4 seasons, 3 championships.
I will never forget the love I received from the fans from my very first days.
Catalonia is my place on earth.
Thank you to everyone I met along the way during these beautiful four years.
A special thank you to President Laporta for giving me the chance to live the most incredible chapter of my career.
Barça is back where it belongs.
Visca el Barça. Visca Catalunya 💙❤️

INEC chairman Amunpitan is still in office. This is not acceptable. We must force Amunpitan to resign. If he refuses to resign, there should be no election. All pollen units should be shutdown, and electoral materials destroyed. Amunpitan must resign. #AmunpitanMustResign
“All these money you’re using to buy Ankara and rice for the p00r masses, why can’t you use it to provide better electricity, better road, good security for them, instead of giving them stup!d cloths and rice every Four years.- Man criticizes APC govt
The Nigerian Defence Academy (NDA) requires UTME. The Nigerian Police Force requires UTME. But the people who will shape the minds of every future soldier, every future officer, every future citizen? Apparently they do not.
This is a confession that we have decided, as a nation, that teaching children is less serious than anything else we can think of. That the profession responsible for producing every doctor, every engineer, every lawyer, every senator, every general, does not deserve the same entry standard we give to the institutions those professionals will eventually serve.
We have seen this movie before. When we lowered the bar for the police force and let in the worst among us, we did not get public safety. We got SARS. We got extortion on the highway. We got brutality in uniform. The rot does not start at the top. It starts at the point of entry, when you signal to a profession that excellence is optional.
Education in Nigeria is already on life support. Teachers are underpaid, underrespected, and underequipped. The brightest graduates are running toward oil and gas, finance, and tech, and nobody blames them.
And now, instead of reversing that trend by raising the status of the profession, JAMB has essentially announced that teaching is the option you choose when you could not qualify for anything else.
This is not the nail in the coffin. We will not allow it to be.
Before JAMB existed, universities admitted students directly using WAEC results. The School Certificate meant something.
Somewhere between then and now, we stopped believing that the people who teach our children need to be the best we have. And the Nigeria we are all complaining about today is the direct product of that belief.
Enough!
