India’s history with urban development is fascinating because most cities and towns have grown on their own, by remaining largely unaffected by the policies or programmes drafted by the government over the years.

Why should only the journalists be safe - do they have a special license? why shouldn't other citizens be safe? why aren't other citizens safe today? Because journalists didn't do their jobs. Not only they didn't do their jobs, they actively create a situation in the country that a large section of this country lives under a permanent threat and never feel safe. First you actively orchestrate a society that is unfair, and then you turn around and expect fairness? It is very simple to say, "you can choose not to watch or read who you don't like". It doesn't account for those who watch, become hateful radicals and then lynch people. Such shallowness of thoughts.
@BMTC_BENGALURU@BlrCityPolice BMTC bus number KA57 F 5369 was seen driving recklessly on July 7th, around 4:30 PM, in Uttarahalli. This is a single lane road, and he was looking to overtake at every chance. This continued for a distance despite asking him to slow down.
You and your team can refer to traffic camera footage in and around this area, at the mentioned time, to validate my claim. I am raising this concern expecting strict action to be taken, as this is a major road safety concern, and especially from a public mode of transport.
He was not just putting people on the road at risk of an accident, but also passengers on this public bus. When confronted at a bus stop about his reckless driving, he simply said that he has to adhere to BMTC timings and that’s why he’s driving so recklessly.
Many of you, who troll relentlessly on X need to watch this. A majority of you were under 10 when a Prime Minister addressed media, held press conferences and took questions without a filter! And yes, I criticised the govt relentlessly (all available online) but PM and top team still reached out and spoke when necessary!
Bajrang Punia tears apart Narendra Modi 🔥

The Central Government's notification of the Rules to the Citizenship Amendment Act in the wake of the elections is aimed at disquieting the nation. The Ministry of Home Affairs has issued the notification regarding the CAA, just ahead of the announcement of the elections to the Lok Sabha. This is to divide the people, incite communal sentiments and undermine the fundamental principles of the Constitution. This move to stratify Indian citizens who have equal rights, must be opposed unitedly.
This can only be seen as part of the Hindutva communal agenda of the Sangh Parivar. Denying citizenship to Muslims while granting citizenship to non-Muslims who immigrated to India from Pakistan, Bangladesh and Afghanistan on or before 31 December 2014, is a blatant violation of the Constitution. This amounts to defining Indian citizenship on the basis of religion. It is an open challenge to humanity, the nation’s secular tradition and its people.
Kerala's was the first Legislative Assembly to pass a resolution against the Citizenship Amendment Act. The Government of Kerala had announced that the NPR will not be implemented in the state. A suit was filed in the Supreme Court against the Central Government, citing the unconstitutionality of the CAA and a human chain was organised from Manjeshwar to Parassala. The Sangh Parivar insists that it will implement its communal agenda, disregarding the people's protests and criticims.
The LDF Government has repeated several times that the Citizenship Amendment Act, which treats Muslim minorities as second class citizens, will not be implemented in Kerala. We reiterate that position. Kerala will stand united in opposing this communal and divisive law.
Goodbye to 17th Lok Sabha. This was a Lok Sabha of many dubious firsts:
(i) In terms of the number of workdays, this was least productive Lok Sabha (lowest days worked) since 1952.
(ii) The PM did not answer a single question on the floor of the House.
iii) No Deputy Speaker was appointed for its entirety.
(iv) In the last seven years, not even a single notice by a member of the Opposition has been accepted for discussion (under Rule 267) in Rajya Sabha.
(v)An MP from Treasury was permitted to use communal slurs in the house (vi) First-ever security breach inside Lok Sabha.
(vii) 146 MPs from the Opposition were suspended for demanding a discussion about the breach.
(viii) About 300 questions by Opposition MPs were deleted!
“As those who have been pledged to preserve and protect our constitution, let us reaffirm our commitment to its secular character by declining to participate in the event, upholding our constitutional responsibilities.”
A chief minister with a spine 🔥
Never forget how it started. A criminal act of vandalism is turned into a national celebration. This celebration is not about divinity. It's about intimidation and humiliation of the minority community. The degeneration of India is complete. #RamMandir#BabriMasjid
