@adamboultonTABB Either the BBC has a case to answer or not. If not Trump will lose. What are you so scared of ? I thought British justice was exemplary ?
@EdwardJDavey The BBC needs to do a proper apology Ed. They falsified a documentary and defamed him. If Trump sues it will be for a Court of law to decide. Why is that inappropriate ? Because you don’t like one of the potential litigants ? Thankfully that is nit how the justice system works.
@JohnSimpsonNews No - they chose to cynically manipulate and edit Trump’s speech. Which was both politically naive and breathtakingly stupid given Trump says dumb things without Panorama’s editorial assistance.
@bbcnickrobinson@BorisJohnson@BBCr4today Hmmm but supposedly you at the BBC are the platinum standard for high quality impartial journalism. And what you displayed was a long way from that. Boris daft as he may be is still entitled to call that out. As we all are - much as you wish we couldn’t.
@JohnSimpsonNews You would be able to effectively defend against any “campaign” (if one actually exists) by being open and honest when editorial mistakes are made. But then - this is part of the problem the BBC has - it thinks if it just says its impartial repeatedly that is enough.
@Keir_Starmer Ah the new Orwellian position from Labour. Pointing out where the UK is failing is “unpatriotic”. Nice try but you on the left have caused the schisms in the UK and are reaping the consequences
@SKinnock Neither do you. Working people are people with jobs whompay taxes. Not immigrants and social security claimants who Labour protects at all costs
