RYZE has 5,400 ads live on Meta right now.
$0 to $300M+ in revenue in 5 years.
But they aren't brainstorming 4,900 ideas – they run 5 formats on repeat (bookmark this):
A thousand dollars. For one video.
Everyone in this clip is AI. The stoop, the barber shop, the taxi, the guy who spits his coffee. None of them exist. We made it on Adgentec in an afternoon.
We only get paid when your ads perform. So, what are you doing?
@sandiegocausa The stockout-after-a-deal trap is real. Discounting also trains your buyers to wait. On the DTC side we'd rather spend Q4 finding a new customer segment at full price than teach the existing one to expect 30% off every November.
@sandiegocausa Documenting this in public is smart. One honest note: a bid-cap vs min-ROAS debate on day 15 usually means the account has too few creatives to optimise. Ask them how many new ads shipped this week. That number predicts the next 30 days better than any bidding setting.
@kodaecom posting the $113 screenshot takes more guts than posting the $113K one. the people who document the bottom honestly are the ones whose top actually gets believed later. keep going
@TomRozee1 Well laid out. The six-week cash conversion gap is the number most founders never see in Ads Manager, and it is why a brand can scale ROAS straight into a cash crunch. Worth adding that post-purchase flows shorten that gap more cheaply than any acquisition lever.
@KyryloBndr and the wild part is he probably didn't do anything to earn those orders except have clean product data and good reviews. agentic traffic is going to reward the boring fundamentals (titles, images, review count) way before it rewards anyone's ad strategy
@andrewjfaris@TaylorHoliday Agree with the structural point. The one place supplements do build a moat is creative velocity: if every competitor can make the same claim, the winner is whoever tests the most ways of making it, fastest. That is a production advantage, not a media buying one.
@andrewjfaris the 11-hour gap between "smash hit" and "maybe it died" is the most relatable timeline in paid social 😂 the fact you let it breathe instead of killing it at hour 6 is the actual skill
@timopowerz "the gap between first click and repeat order is the next brief" is one of the better one-liners I've read on this. it also explains why so many brands scale acquisition creative that quietly attracts one-and-done buyers
@matehunyor the dream. sadly on Sales/Leads objectives the exclusion toggle is gone since August, so audience network is now something you monitor in the placement breakdown and fight with creative rather than something you switch off 😅
@Leyrecreatesads founder talking head, UGC-style creator testimonial, and product demo with text overlays. all three did fine on CTR, none beat the static on CPA. my read: the static made the value stack (price + bundle + guarantee) legible in one glance, video made people wait for it
@helenamktg that's the part I'd watch closely. recreating what worked for other brands assumes their winning angle is your winning angle. if you can nudge it to iterate on YOUR best-performing ad instead of borrowing others', the 0.70x probably moves fast. rooting for the experiment
@Shopify And the seat is usually saved by what happens in the two weeks after the first order, not by the ad that won it. Post-purchase email and SMS flows are the most under-invested part of most DTC stacks relative to what they return.
@TaylorHoliday Congratulations to the CTC and TBAR teams. Short-form native content is where brand building is happening now, and bringing that capability in-house rather than partnering for it is the right call. Strong signal for where the industry is heading.
@TaylorHoliday The interesting second-order effect: if agents do the checkout, the ad becomes the entire brand experience. Brands will have one creative impression to win the customer before a machine handles the rest. Creative quality just became the whole funnel.
@TheJohnSocial mild pushback: one-variable tests are perfect once you have a winner. before that, changing everything at once is actually correct, you're hunting for a signal not measuring one. the mistake is doing the shotgun phase forever and never switching to the scalpel 🔬
@nadeemthinks_ a wholesale buyer choosing you off the photos alone is the best possible review of the photography. the crown-on-black shots read premium instantly. tell your cousin the first ad is already made, it's those three images 👑
