Worst experience with @LGIndia. Service engineer didn’t even switch on the fridge, claimed compressor is fine & rejected the request by sighting damage. Fridge bought 9 years ago with 10-year compressor warranty. Manufacturing date Oct-16 clearly visible, yet bill is demanded.

However, if the manufacturing date of the compressor has still not crossed 10 years, how is it possible that I purchased the refrigerator before its manufacturing date? The manufacturing date itself clearly shows its under warranty

@adhavambadas @LGIndia These companies really forget after selling the products. We preferred LG AC to buy but after selling the service is very poor. People call it brand but below average in service.

@adhavambadas @LGIndia I checked multiple customer reviews and complaints online before posting this, and many people seem to be facing similar issues with @LGIndia’s after-sales service — especially around delayed support, poor inspection, and warranty-related disputes.

Lil bro Aniket is hospitalized for Dengue on 15th Aug, His claim is rejected by @Niva_Bupa by a reason- Hospitalization not necessary. How??. Dengue is lab positive, platelets are down, treating doctor approved. @policybazaar couldn't help. Plz see to it

How Claim team sitting virtually can decide the hospitalization requirement is treating doctor advised and approved. Platelets are still decreasing, and Dengue lab positive report is there with 102-103 fever 4 hourly
