The moment you realize 90% of your ADHD issues are due to a time blindness you wasn't aware of is only comparable to when you realize other people's ADHDs can respond to the same struggles... or to completely different ones.

PTSD don't need to be a super traumatic issue. If so, could be a thousand times worse, but also accumulates when tiny little daily issues happen.
PTSD is extremely f*ckd up sh/t, what else can I say
How does PTSD (post-traumatic stress disorder) work on me. A brief thread.
3 months ago I was arriving home late from work and a neighbor was dining in her balcony. She unexpectedly said "Goodnight buddy!" quite loud. It was dark, so she scared me.

I’m posting a ton about my book.
A) I want it to reach as many people as possible b/c it’s the brain manual
✨I needed ✨ & didn’t have.
B) I’m excited I ACTUALLY FINISHED a 7-year-long project of learning to work w/my brain & putting the info somewhere I could find it again
Quite literally why I wrote a book. Hoping to give others a road map through learning about ADHD & all the strategies that can help to make it a bit easier.
