@EastMidRailway Thanks for replying but there’s no point in looking at individual cases. It happens often - your on board teams can tell you all about it. I assume those with the power to change this don’t have open dialogue with their staff or have any idea how it *actually* affects passengers.
The seat reservation system on the train has failed (yet again @EastMidRailway…) and s/one is in my seat. Sat elsewhere as was plenty of others. The train is pretty full now and now I’m anxious at every stop that s/one will claim the seat I’m sat in. #adhd#anxiety#trains
@lucykhobbs To add to suggestions already made. As a VA they’ll be processing lots of personal data. Are they ICO registered? And did they offer a data processing agreement? Won’t directly help but will make life awkward for them!

My boss told me she doesn't think ADHD is a disability. Been inwardly fuming on and off for the week; mainly around bed time, obviously. #ADHD#adhdtwitter
@Theholisticpsyc This sounds familiar. I have Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria and would assumed my thought pattern was down to that. Could it be both? Or does one override the other?
The lyric that sums up my #ADHD is by Pet Needs “It's like Tracey Emin's Bed in my head. Kind of creative, but mainly just a mess” What’s yours? #askadhd https://t.co/ZrGKPYvh1h
My friend with ASD doesn’t do small talk and my “please like me” RSD means I don’t handle it well. I understand why it’s happening but I feel like a rubbish neurodivergent ally and all round human right now. Am I alone? Any tips beyond being a better person? #askAdhd#ADHD
@Mrslittleboo I was diagnosed in my 40s, so totally hear you. All those workarounds suddenly made sense, as did the friendship fails, obsessions, abandoned hobbies, lost keys, mess…..But never mind, I got a degree so can’t possibly be anything wrong 😁
@dreamnchase@AskADHD It can be useful in an acute situation (like bereavement) but being stuck there is horrid. I hope it gets better for you. You’re not alone ❤️
@ffapob@AskADHD It’s rejection sensitive dysphoria - it’s an extreme response to rejection, or even the perception or anticipation of it. This article explains it, if you want to learn more https://t.co/Ko3ZHKO2FQ
