England still being 4/1 to win it is crazy given how the draw has worked out (again). Each way 1/2 odds to make the final. I know they haven’t been great but they have the most quality in that half of the draw by a long long way.

World Cup 2022 - Argentina ✅
Probably going to ruin my good record but my two picks for this year are England (4/1) and Portugal (7/1). Just feel like it’s Englands turn to beat France if they meet (which is likely to happen in the semis).
My recent major tournament betting record:
Euro 2016 - France 🥈
World Cup 2018 - France ✅ Croatia 🥈
Euro 2020 - Italy ✅ Denmark to reach semi final ✅ Czech Rep to reach 1/4 final ✅
Think there are major doubts about everyone. If Portugal click then they have the squad to win and think they have a better chance than Spain/Germany. Their odds are too big.
@FootballCliches Peter Whittingham - used to bang in the goals for Cardiff every year but was never good enough for the prem
Jason Koumas - again, consistently voted as the best player outside the prem but always got shown up when he made the step up
