Late chunking alone isn't a final solution. It only solves the embedding accuracy problem and does not solve the retrieval completeness problem. Those need separate architectural decisions on top of late chunking, chunk overlap, neighbor expansion, or parent-child retrieval

every Nepali dollar card is prepaid by law (@NepalRastraBank unified circular 15/2076, clause 7). every major cloud platform blocks prepaid cards. nobody told us. not even the banks.

@NepalRastraBank @NepalRastraBank gave us a dollar card for international payments. prepaid only. by law.
prepaid cards don't work on Heroku, Railway, Google Cloud and many more providers. so we're still asking friends abroad to pay for our cloud bills.

2021 to 2026. nothing changed.
