We booked a hotel in Munnar for Dec 27–29 via @goibibo well in advance on Nov 19. Planned a year end trip with friends based on a confirmed booking. Today, we get a call saying they cannot accommodate us and a refund is issued.

With Christmas week just around the corner, hotel prices in Munnar are now sky high and availability is almost nil. Our long-planned holiday is suddenly in chaos because of a last-minute cancellation that was not our fault.

@tv9kannada Appu is known for his calm and friendly nature but how his fans handled the situation by dragging that woman and her husband and took the apology by scaring them. I think even appu would not entertain this if he were alive.

@tv9kannada Yes, I'm in a dilemma about whether she is right or wrong. I think that is an individual perspective, as she keeps no one above the ಕನ್ನಡಾಂಬೆ but appu fans want to celebrate rajyotsaava by putting appu photo on the flag. The behavior of both made this situation worst.

When I was a child I heard about the communal riots very rarely, that's too past stories, and used to think that now in India there are no communal riots and we are living in great harmony so I need to respect the other religions as they respect mine.😇
