My philosophy
Seek truth→ Understand → Translate → Solve → Build.
-I’ve always been obsessed with truth(why) the kind that hides under hype.
-To find it, I learn how the tech really works, inside out.
-Once I get it, I break it down so others can see it too.. not through jargon, but through stories and analogies that make sense.
-I chase problems, not trends.
Because tech isn’t magic..it’s a tool to solve something real.
My work lives at the edge of human understanding and machine logic where clarity meets creation.
Bhaiyaa thoda... 🌶️ nimbu & mirchi add kar dena..(free ofc),
ukw that's a typical Indian software(SaaS) buyer behaviour as well.
They always need extraaa value against the cheapest plan.
For them Scope of work already left the chat.
And irony is even i have that same typical indian buying habit, i'm not denying..
but being on the other side as a founder building AI SaaS products...its FRUSTATING :)
So, i dig deeper, and these numbers are not lying...
SaaS biz : 🇮🇳 INDIA vs 🇺🇲 USA
Global SaaS market ~$450B
------
USA SaaS market ~$150B 🤯 (10x of india)
INDIA SaaS market ~$15B
(domestic consumption)
Most imp, US buyers are 2-3rd generation AI-SaaS product users,
they value outcome over time...
whereas in india its 1st gen buyers looking for value with less willingness to pay more.
So, why the heck you sell in India, logical also.
And that's the reason we are the Exporters of SaaS to the world :)
(@Zoho , @FreshworksInc , @getpostman , @chargebee are the biggest example)
Bhaiyaa thod sahi rate lagao....grocery shopping continues...

Highest ROI work for the founders is still the same
- 1:1 customer-facing relationships
- creative brand/demand gen
I've been hiding behind AI outbound when the real work is still the uncomfortable stuff.
that's what @samdblond (ex-CRO Brex) said it plainly.
Yes, AI is there but it gives leverage on online, repetitive GTM tasks (TAM building, account scoring, intent signals, outbound sequences).
AI didn't change what founders should spend their time on. It changed what they can stop doing.
Art of making mini bouquets,
learning it so that i can create it, in my small tool called "Guldasta"
its like Canva for flower bouquets: you design it yourself, add a letter, and send it online in seconds or order it for real.
Ever bought flowers?
If yes, the toughest part is selecting flowers for your bouquet.
Reason is, you want to make that person feel special and hence your choice matters.
So, I directly used Pinterest and just pick a relevant image and give to the florist and request exactly same design.
Now, i’m trying to solve that problem, and yes i started building Guldasta 🌻

Distribution problems stay immortal.
Marketing is the only constant in founder's love life with startups.
If you have any idea, and you wanna build it.
That's awesome,
but this 60 sec, might save you 3 months.
