In the world of quick deliveries in times of urgency, @MyNykaa always terribly fails me. Ordered a few things that I need super urgently, ONLY because it promised a 60 min delivery and after 60 min the Nykaa app has updated me that my order will now be delivered on 26th April. Why claim 60 min then? Sigh. Fooled by Nykaa yet again. Awesome.

I paid some amount (for some promotional offer) as soon as I first registered on to your app a week back, and since then neither is that money reflecting anywhere, nor is any service available for me since a week - no slots, no Experts. I checked with friends in the same society, and Experts are available to them. What weird situation is this? And where does one reach out to your customer care on the app? Do you even have customer service beside extremely generic Q&A that probably help no one? What shady practice is this?
