Watching the India Pakistan Volleyball match at the Asian Games and noticed this ad again👇 Is this a conscious decision to keep one T-shirt (left) a mirror image here, @TheJSWGroup? Just doesn’t look right at all, creatively as well as basic brand / logo guidelines wise because India and the JSW logo both are reversed. Also triggers my OCD everytime I see the ad 😅

I am not very well informed about the core issue here but on the surface, this entire bank strike to protest against 2 working Saturdays a month sounds excessive. Banks are essential service today, and this system needs an update so that banking is available to normal citizens at all times, while also ensuring that the employees get enough time off - like other essential services. Just because something has been happening since ages, doesn’t mean it serves the current world well. What am I missing here?

Bank employees have every right to raise their genuine concerns, but they should reconsider the strike & continue negotiations

A young colleague I mentored through a structure program few years back, featured me as a women leader worth celebrating in her new company’s publication. It made me happy, and it made me think & evaluate parts of my job that I perhaps enjoy more than the others, and maybe lean into it with purpose.

A part of my professional journey that I've thoroughly enjoyed is helping women colleagues navigate the harder, less-talked-about parts of corporate life (burnout, career breaks, coming back to work after a pause, and more) through some structured initiatives and some organic phases.
