day 2 of the weekday draft bot.

yesterday i was rewriting so it sounded like me. this morning the draft already came back in my voice, and i spent more time deciding whether to post than figuring out what to say.

is that progress or just a fancier form of stalling?

@michael_kove works pretty well, but a lot of hand holding in UI, nothing come close to claude

now that the blank page problem is gone, the hard part is just hitting send.

the anecdote bias is the thing that broke my first version of this. i built a similar loop but for content — mine past posts, distill what worked, propose the next one.

two things fixed it. first, a minimum delay before anything can become a lesson: 7 days for a post, 21 for long form, enforced in the db so i can't cheat it. checking earlier just logs noise.

second, "inconclusive" as a verdict separate from "still watching". collapsing those two was quietly poisoning everything downstream.
