@AVABandOfficial tried getting a refund for my tickets but will not be refunded the processing fee. When will AVA be refunding us the money we are all out of pocket for?

Some people have paid for flights, I presume AVA will be refunding those too.

This is dangerous.

When I need them, as fog density increases, I should be able to find the button where I expect it to be...under quick control. It's not the time to take my eyes off the road or trust Autopilot.

It's a legal requirement in the UK to have them on during fog.

@HighwaysEAST can you please pick up the 50mph signs at the #M11 and #A11 exit (northbound)? Those road works finished 2 months ago. It's rather dangerous having them there, some have fallen over as well.

@HighwaysEAST travelling northbound on the #M11 is a nightmare at the #A11 junction roadworks. I get safety is priority, but there is NO reason to close a lane on the exit slip road. I think this needs review as the traffic is backing 3 junctions. It's adding +30 mins in traffic.

@SkyHelpTeam Exactly, you're right...but alas it didn't. It reported it was connected, working normally and even reported connected devices!

You might want to check your test as it seems to be lying. Maybe it's just part of the plan to placate and fob off customers.

By miracle it found "no problem" & confirmed my router was somehow "connected".

Are Sky's tests a lie?

@TfL the virgin WiFi network doesn't seem to work. I have reset all my details with my provider and yet it comes up with Security Certificate being expired (VM issue) and then after logging in it loads a page saying "Forbidden"
