The Rustamji Institute of Technology, operated by the Border Security Force (BSF), proudly commemorated its founder, Padma Vibhushan Late Shri K.F. Rustamji, through a series of meaningful events.

The day commenced with an energetic Tiranga Yatra from the institute campus to Lal Bahadur Shastri Stadium, involving students, faculty, and BSF units. The rally was inaugurated by Dr. Shamsher Singh, ADG, Director BSF Academy, with distinguished guests including Shri Cyrus Rustamji, son of the late founder.

A solemn tribute was paid to the BSF bravehearts who made the ultimate sacrifice during Operation Sindoor, honoring their courage and sacrifice.

The celebrations continued at the Kautilya Auditorium with floral tributes and inspiring speeches, reflecting on Shri Rustamji’s legacy of service, leadership, and dedication.

Shri Cyrus Rustamji expressed his unwavering support for the institute’s future growth and engaged with students and faculty to discuss upcoming opportunities and initiatives.

This event served as a heartfelt tribute to Shri K.F. Rustamji’s enduring legacy of excellence and commitment to nation-building.

We present our first research paper, RadOWL at ASPAI'2020. We use low-frequency radio waves in the range of 433 MHz to detect objects in an enclosed space. Instead of using complex signal processing, our system uses a VGG-16 based CNN architecture trained on spectrograms. #AI #ML
