@IndiGo6E No, it doesn't take other airlines that long. A delay of greater than 1 hour between ETA and getting your baggage should be treated as a consequential delay, I don't care what technicality you're hiding behind, the impact on the end users is very bad.
@IndiGo6E 6E 906 - the flight was supposed to land at 1:25 AM, - lands at 1:45 AM. After an extremely long taxi + bus, we reach the baggage belt. Over half an hour of wait. As of writing this tweet, it's 2:30 AM and I still haven't received my baggage... What a joke!
