The 5 Day Work Week for bank employees was agreed in the Bipartite Settlement of March 2024. Its implementation cannot remain pending indefinitely.

At the same time, a unilateral and discriminatory PLI framework that divides the workforce must give way to a fair, transparent and inclusive system for all employees.

Every achievement of our banks is the outcome of collective effort.

Recognition too must reflect that collective contribution.

We seek no privilege, only implementation of an agreed commitment, equality in reward and dignity at work.

UPGB की हकीकत - RM AC में बैठकर आदेश देता है, स्टाफ पिटता है!

👉 रामपुर UPGB ब्रांच के सहायक प्रबंधक को रिकवरी के दौरान भीड़ ने पीटा
👉 कपड़े फाड़े, मारपीट की - और RM का फरमान था:
“बिना पुलिस के फील्ड में जाओ, टारगेट चाहिए!”

अब सवाल ये है -

RM चमचों को भेजता है ट्वीट डिलीट कराने -
लेकिन जब स्टाफ पिटता है, तब क्यों नहीं आता बचाने?

बैंकिंग नहीं, अब जान हथेली पर रखकर गुलामी हो रही है

@RailMinIndia one of my friend is traveling in Mahabodhi express (12397) , PNR - 6447567171 , ,she is facing some harrasment in the train. Someone from the crowd forcefully wants to occupy her seat . She did a complaint on 139 but close the case without taking any action.
