@allianceair You guys are the worst airlines in India. I had booked a flight for my wife to return home after her delivery in Hyd. We had forgotten to add the infant ticket to the same PNR. My wife called the company, today morning to ask about infant charges (contd.)

@allianceair If that were the case, shouldn't they have told us explicitly. Now we don't have a way for my wife to return home and she's stranded in Hyderabad. @allianceair what kinda nonsense is this? You cancel the ticket because we didn't pay for our infant within 15 mins?

@allianceair But when I tried paying via the link, the link had expired. When called, we came to know that the entire ticket for my wife and her mother had also been cancelled because we didn't pay within 15 mins of link generation.
