@Apollo24x7 Asking to upload prescription for namesake and delivering wrong medicines. I ordered face infection medicine for dad and got lung infection medicine and incorrect cream with similar names. This is very disheartening and dangerous.

@Apollo24x7 only by saying it’s a rare mistake won’t correct the health by taking lung medicine for face infection. Please track the store down and make sure they are not delivering wrong medicines to Oldies whose kids trust you.

@Apollo24x7 When asked from which store medicine came from they replied we do not have that information. Assuming 30% of people do not check closely if they are taking right medicine if the packaging is similar this is very risky and Apollo is not taking responsibility
