Very disappointing experience with @flyspicejet & @makemytrip.

My Bangalore–Mumbai SpiceJet flight on 4th May was heavily delayed, after which airport staff advised cancellation and confirmed refund within 3days. I have cancellation proof, screenshots & videos.
