It took me 6 months to finally get a visa appointment and now I am facing this unfair decision. I am already enrolled at university. Does VFS wants me to dropout?

I don't understand why can't VFS Germany Delhi first deal with the cancelled appointment. They clearly think that 2nd Corona wave was student's fault and that's why they shouldn't get their appoint rescheduled. @VFSGlobal @GermanyinIndia @GermanyDiplo @AmbLindnerIndia @eoiberlin

I've tried contacting VFS more than 4 times through email, messaged them of FB handle, even tried contacting them on customer care but am not able to get through. I'm really surprised and sad at this incompetence. @GermanyinIndia @GermanyDiplo @AmbLindnerIndia @eoiberlin

My visa appoint for Masters category on 3rd May was cancelled. The email said that appoint will get rescheduled since its premium VAYD type. Now they are saying I have to book a new appoint.

@vfsglobalcare You think I've not tried that?? I've mailed them at least 5 times. Tried contacting them through Facebook. Got no reply to both. Also, when I try the customer care number they don't have any clue and ask me to mail them. I'm surprised at such incompetence.

Seeing how embassies such as US are handling the visa process I am shocked at the management of VFS India Germany.

It takes a lot of hard work to get the admission into German universities and such ignorance towards student visa can damage the bright future of students as well as impede the research that they will do in masters.
