This is what I wrote in my appraisal document last year. The question was "What are your career goals for 2022?" I believe that the single most important skill one needs to be a good PM is - communication. Most of the product folks I look up to say the same thing -
Lenny ( @lennysan) surveyed about 1,000 PMs across hundreds of companies and asked them what skills matter most when hiring PMs. Communication ranked above everything else including technical skills, business acumen and design.

First, if you want reliable information, pay good money for it. If you get your news for free, you might well be the product.
The second rule of thumb is that if some issue seems exceptionally important to you, make the effort to read the relevant peer-reviewed literature.

Let me tell you a kutti story about the very valid point Chandra is making.
A few weeks ago, Dad gets call from Aditya Birla Finance one day asking him to pay his due amount.
He was surprised since he didn't have any loan

I was reading @TheKenWeb’s “aka-Ching” newsletter by @tam_arund and today they featured the most jaw-droppingly dark pattern from PayTM I have ever seen.
Let’s talk about this a bit.
Against the cult of speed reading and speed listening.
Reading (and listening) fast give you two things that should never mix: surface knowledge and overconfidence.

If your parents are anything like mine they would have told you to invest in gold. But as an investor who has only seen stocks go up, it made little sense to me. Then why are Indians obsessed with gold ?
@TheKenWeb has a brilliant story today about Indians and our fascination for the shiny metal. My favourite part of the story are the polls and responses of our subscribers. Almost 400 people have taken the poll and you can too. https://t.co/h7cX0nZ38s
