Myth busting time:
What happens in an EV when one gets stuck in 5-6 hours in congestion / jam? How quick the SOC drop?
Had to run 143km in city yesterday and Delhi's traffic was abnormally packed! 143Km in 7.5 hours. Average speed of 19km/hr.
Encountered Jam throughout the 7.5 hours!
Total SOC used: 52 - 26 = 26%-1%
Hence 143 km in 25% = ~550-570KM range!
What this shows is the Aircon / Heater does not impact much as it was running for almost 7 hours!
Don't miss the spot on prediction by the car!
291Km (range in DID) - 143Km (Km Travelled) = 148Km (now range in DID)

Really?? The truth is that, in large part, our poverty was a result of decades of colonial rule which systematically plundered the wealth of an entire subcontinent. Yet the most valuable possession we were robbed of was not the Kohinoor Diamond but our pride & belief in our own capabilities. Because the goal of colonisation—its most insidious impact—is to convince its victims of their inferiority. Which is why investing in BOTH toilets AND space exploration is not a contradiction. Sir, what going to the moon does for us is that it helps restore our pride & self-confidence. It creates belief in progress through science. It gives us the aspiration to lift ourselves out of poverty. The greatest poverty is the poverty of aspiration…
Went to TD the @MgMorrisgarage zS EV Exclusive. When I compared the Excite base variant to the @TataMotors_Cars Nexon EV Max and found very little that the price bump could offer. Very happy with what Tata has been able to achieve!
