@BoseService@BoseService Locating the service center is another ordeal as GMap address and the given address are not the same. Moreover, it is not a dedicated Bose service center. It services 3-4 other brands too. It is so shabby. Bose/TVS electronics leadership need to be awake now.

@BoseService@BoseService I managed to get my service request (9912011451) registered finally today with toll free support staff after ~45mins of ordeal. Literally I had to force them to log a service request. Very poor standards of service and then I was asked to visit a service center.

@jiocare@reliancejio Your customer care is not ready to register a complaint citing some resolution or the other. Do you prefer to suppress customer's voice? How long?
